Dalip is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of New York and possesses over twenty years of public and private accounting experience. Prior to migrating to the U.S.A., Dalip was a Chartered Accountant in India.
 
He has valuable, vast and varied experience in advising clients varying in size and complexity from individuals and small store front businesses to multi national corporations. 

He has managed and operated businesses in the Technology and Staff Augmentation Industries and that gives him a unique perspective and first hand experience with operational issues faced by small businesses on a daily basis, and he is able to use the experience to better advise his clients.

He has assisted foreign companies to establish their operations in the U.S.A. and also serves as an officer and/or director of their U.S. subsidiaries.

Dalip is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
